Furthermore, MCT has also trained several students with GDA course under the scheme: Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, providing them the superlative training in healthcare department i.e., medical and para medical sciences, pharmacy, OPD coordination and soft skills development. Additionally, MCT has organized corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) camp at Titan in Rambagh village, RSB camps of dietics and nutrition, gynecology, and psychology at various festivals. In addition to this, during the pandemic of COVID -19 the MCT helped saving thousands of patients through Metrocity Hospital and Research Center who suffered the flu with very low mortality rate in the entire district providing 24 hours consultations and treatments to the people through online and offline sessions and was awarded by the Chief Medical Officer with grace. MCT has also actively participated in various other initials and programmes which helped people suffering from chronic diseases and disabilities. Nonetheless, in coming times MCT will enterprise to promote and upgrade the skills through vocational training, skill development for self-employment to the unskilled, poor backward sections of the society and women. Moreover, it will effectively participate in creating awareness among rural areas regarding gender equality, and indispensably stepping against female foeticide and infanticide. Education has paramount significance in transforming a life of every individual. The agenda of MCT is also to improve the socio-economic conditions of the rural people through improvement in basic infrastructure like sanitation, education, and healthcare to enhance not only the human livelihood but also creating a healthy existence for every specie in this ecosystem by providing shelter for the stray animals and educating people in subject to importance of animal existence and hazards to environment by their extinction.
